| The original title of this piece was just "The Crossing". The cowboy was modeled after my uncle and God father John Jack Chase. Jack passed away before I completed this piece at which time the title changed to "The Crossing, See You On The Other Side" God willing, I will see you on the other side Jack. John Jack Chase is now in the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame. |
